I have BEGGED them to stop calling me and they will not. I get sales calls 3-4 times 3 times a week trying to sell me a training session I have told them MULTIPLE times I am not at all interested in. I understand we are all just doing our jobs. But when I have spoken to 3 different people and kindly ask them to notate my account that I'm not interested in training sessions or classes and to please not call me, I'm beyond frustrated. The gym is fine. The staff is fine. I pay my bill and don't cause problems. But I CANNOT handle having to block my own gyms phone number because they market and try and upset you so aggressively. The price is good but I would happily pay more for my peace. How much do I have to pay before you leave me alone? I have F I F T E E N missed calls from this gym. That's AFTER speaking to them THREE times and telling them I'm not interested whatever they are selling. Beyond frustrated. I may have to cancel. Haven't decided yet.

I've been a member of LA since 2018 and it's a daily routine. The recent remodel made some nice changes, & it's complete with about everything needed however it could use more inventory for 25# weights, seems that I am always having to go find these. Andee the personal trainer there is wonderful! She always makes it a point to say hello & brighten your day!

Great gym. Love the trainers, equipment, staff. HOWEVER, some new higher level guy took over who is a KILLER OF JOY and made the front desk remove the ducks. It was so much fun to contribute and to see what new additions were there. What a fun story of how it started! But then this new guy WHO DOESN'T LIKE FUN and who thinks you can't be professional and FUN and SPREAD JOY at the same time, made the staff remove the ducks! How awful his life must be! BRING BACK THE DUCKS!!!

Nice facility, nice community. Great new addition, although they removed basketball court, great space for Olympic lifts. I’ve been here for almost a year. I wanted to switch to a cheaper plan , paying $45 a month, as I only use this location. I wasn’t offered to switch to a cheaper monthly plan without paying ANOTHER initiation fee. Mind you I paid $120 initiation when I joined, not to mention I’ve been here for 10 months. I was switching to a gym closer to my home, that’s 24hrs. For $20 a month. I told them for $25 a month, I’d stay. But nope they can’t make it happen without paying another $100 for INITIATION! Make it make sense 🤦🏼‍♂️

I was on a 7-day pass from a friend. If I lived here, then I would get the membership as it had multiple types of machines. It is not as clean or renovated looking as there's clear rust or some shaking pieces in machines. There coukd be a few machines taken out like the number of ellipticals to create more space between machines or new types of machines. It was a bit much to understand the layout, and be comfortable without overwhelmed looking lost. Additionally, the open windows for the pool near the front of the building are very odd. However, it is all very nice to see the number of machines, the accessibility, and general feelings to workout and not to get distracted or postpone at machines.
